If your package has been returned back to us by the postal carrier, all is not lost! Once your package has been returned to us, our returns department will contact you as soon as we process the package back in. Upon reaching out to you, we will have you confirm the address that you would like the package sent back out to. This reshipment will be a one time free reshipment. If you believe that this order may have been sent to the incorrect address, or it simply just needs an apartment or unit number added, feel free to let us know and we will update your account to reflect these changes.
