If we have sent you the wrong item entirely, please contact either the returns department, or customer support. We will be able to resolve this issue immediately.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we would like you to initiate a return with us here. To initiate a return, log in to your MBV account, click on "My Account", then "Completed Orders." Click on the words "Return Items" next to the order containing the item you want to return. This will give you a field to fill out, including the reason you are returning the item, and your desired outcome.
Our Returns Department will respond to your return request as soon as possible to let you know if your return has been authorized. Once your return has been authorized, we will issue you an RMA number. Your RMA number will allow us to document the return through our system, so that we may keep in contact throughout the returns process.
Please do not send any items back until your return has been authorized. Unauthorized returns are liable to be sent back to you at your expense.
